Read this before commissioning me!
With placing an order you automatically agree to my terms of service.

1. Contact Info
Please preferably contact me via DM on Instagram, Toyhouse or E-Mail. These are the most efficient ways to commission me:

2. General Terms
You have to be at least 14 years old to commission me.
If you are under 18 you must have permission from a parent/ legal guardian. Proof isn't required while placing an order, but I will refuse to do refunds simply due to lack of awareness of the guardian.
I reserve the right to decline and cancel a commission at any time, especially if it violates my terms of service.
You are not allowed to use the artwork for training AI or for any kind of NFT, Blockchain, cryptocurrency, etc.
I retain full rights to the artworks I create: that includes posting it on my social media, using it in my portfolio and to promote my art. If you want your artwork to stay private (meaning it won't be published anywhere) you will have to pay an extra fee.
You are not allowed to use the artwork for commercial use unless we've agreed beforehand on it (more info down below).

4. Payment Process
Payment shall be made only via PayPal with the Family/Friends option.
The currency is always in EUR (€).
Ko-Fi will only be available as payment option if we talk about it beforehand.
Only pay after I asked you directly.
You need to send the full payment after you approved the sketch. If you don't pay within 72h (unless we agreed otherwise BEFOREHAND) I will cancel your commission and you will be blacklisted making you unable to commission me further. You are also not allowed to use the sketch in any way for yourself if you fail to pay.
Payment plans are only available upon request and only from 80€ upwards.
5. Privacy Fee & Priority
These options are available in case you want your artwork to stay private, meaning I won't publish it publically anywhere so it's not going in my portfolio or on my socials.
Or in case you need your project very quickly and have a tight deadline, I will make your commission a priority and move it before other projects in my current queue. I will let you know if I am able to finish your art in your given deadline before charging the fee of course.
Privacy Fee: +50% of final price ontop
Priority Fee: between 25-75% of the final price ontop, depending on how much time I have. If you give me for example only 3-4 days, I will charge +75%, if you give me three weeks to complete it, I will only charge +25%.
6. Refund Policy
When you decide to cancel the commission, you will get the following amount of money back:
Lineart not started: 100%
Lineart started: 50%
Colors started (shaded pieces): 20%
I won't do refunds after that!
Flat artworks won't be refunded after I finished the lineart. Shaded pieces won't be refunded after I completed the colors.
If I'm unable to complete the commission on my side, you will get a full refund.
I also hold the right to use the sketch for other projects when it's being cancelled.
7. Workprocess and Communication
7.1. Before Payment
I will not tolerate disrespectful, harassing or hateful behavior towards me at any point and I will decline/cancel your order immediatley.
I use both Photshop and Procreate and my shading style slighty differs depending on which drawing program I'm using due to different brushes. If you have a preference please let me know while placing your order.
Contact me through one of my social medias mentioned above. Let me know what type of commission interests you, which character you want to have drawn and any other important information regarding your wishes like pose, expression, etc. It's important that you provide me with a reference of your character(s) - it can be a Refsheet or just a flat colored fullbody, as long as I am able to clearly see the markings and details. Of course it doesn't apply if you commission me with an custom. If you have flipped fullbodies that don't display the character correctly please let me know early on. Also please let me know if you need a specific resolution in case you want to print it.
I DO NOT work with AI references and only in specific cases with VR references.
Be as detailed as your want with your description for your order. The more I know the better I can portray your character as accurately as possible. If you don't have an specific idea you can make use of my artistic freedom discount, meaning I will draw the character however I feel like. Don't worry though, I will respect the characters personality!
After discussing your project and finalizing your wishes, I will give you a quote on how much it will cost. Depending on your characters complexity, commercial or private use and extra wishes, I might carge extra. You can accept or decline the quote. If you accept, be sure to have the money on hand before agreeing. If you need more time to decide or you simply want to commission me at a later time, please let me know during this process. Unless I communicate it otherwise, I will start shortly afterwards with the sketch.
During the sketchphase you are able to ask for as many changes as you want. I will work on it until you are satisfied with it. As soon as you agreed on the concept, I won't do any other big changes anymore like completely new poses, perspectives or even characters. I will ask you to pay after you agreed on the sketch and I will continue with the lineart as soon as payment arrives (check above for rules about Payment).
7.2. After Payment
After you approved the lineart I won't do big or many changes of the lineart. You'll be given enough opportunities to tell me what you have in mind during the sketch and lining process. If you still want those extreme changes or just too many small ones, I will charge money for that.
Depending on the artwork the turnaround time can range from days to weeks or big projects even months. Unshaded illustrations usually only take a few days while shaded artworks (especially with background) take 2-4 weeks or longer if it's overly complex. PMVs can take multiple months. Once I started your project I do my best to finish it as soon and with the best quality possible.
Currently I'm having severe health issues so it may happen that I will be needing breaks inbetween or that I will wait a bit until I accept your commission. If you have a certain deadline for an artwork please let me know beforehand, depending on how fast I have to work, extra costs might have to be covered. Otherwise I won't work with a deadline.
You're always allowed to ask for WIPs, but don't overdo it please. Do not ask me daily or even multiple times a day. Constant asking will put me under a lot of pressure and it might kill my motivation to work on your project. I send WIPs on my own after each stage like sketch, lineart, coloring, shading and background. Often even more inbetween stages.
Additionally you can always see the current status and position in my queue over my Trello (link in my socials).
When your commission is done and you are happy with the outcome I will need your email adress to send you the finished artwork. I can transfer the art over Toyhou.se to your characters gallery. Additionally I can also provide you with an Toyhou.se code if you still need one.
I have the rights to post the drawing on my social media sites, even if you sell or don't like the character anymore. In case you don't want to be mentioned I will post the drawing with the title "for an anonymous customer". That is unless you have paid for a private commission.
8. Personal Use & Copyright
This section is about permissions of what you are allowed to do and what not when purchasing a commission for personal use instead of commercial use.
It also includes information about Copyright Infringement.
8.1. Personal Use
When purchasing a commission that is for personal use only (not to confuse with private), here are some things to keep in mind:
You can use the artwork for personal use only, that includes using it for profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, toyhouse character profiles, etc.
You are also allowed to make prints of the artwork while retaining full rights of your character(s) feautured in the image BUT NOT of the artwork itself.
You can also share and post it online but you will always have to give me credit and mention one of my main socials.
As stated in "2. General Terms", I keep the rights on the artwork allowing me to post it on my own socials for promoting (unless Privacy fee is paid).
8.2. Copyright Infringement
If you break any of these terms, all rights to the artwork will be revoked and you will be permanently banned from commissioning me again.
The following actions are considered copyright infringement:
Removing my watermark/signature from the commissioned piece, ALL my artworks come with my signature
Using or reproducing the artwork for commercial purposes without permission or bought commercial rights (this includes making money from it in ANY form)
Claming credit of the artwork
Altering, editing or modifying the artwork without explicit consent and in harmful ways (more info in "10. Ethical Use")
9. Commercial Rights
This section is about purchasing commercial rights to your artwork such as the fee itself and the permissions you are purchasing with it.
If you want to use the artwork for commercial purposes such as selling it as merchandise the purchase of full commercial is required otherwise those actions will be considered copyright infringement as stated above.
The cost for commercial rights is 300% of the original commission price.
Once bought you have the following rights:
You can create merchandise in any form like prints, stickers, keychains, clothing, etc. with the commissioned artwork.
You can use the artwork for books, covers, promotional artworks, etc.
You may edit or modify the artwork BUT you are still not allowed to use it for anything that is mentioned in "10. Ethical Use"
You can promote yourself, your brand or business by using the artwork.
Proper credit for the artwork is appreciated but not mandatory anymore. Yet you still are NOT ALLOWED to claim the artwork as created by yourself.
10. Ethical Use
You are strictly prohibited from using the commissioned artwork in any context listed below. This applies to personal AND commercial use!
Harassment
Manipulation
Defamation
Hate speech or discriminatory messaging
Any form or association with the subjects listed under the "I won't draw" section
Violation of this section will result in the immediate revocation of all rights granted, including commercial rights. You will also be permanently banned from commissioning me again and might have to face possible legal action depending on the severity of the misuse.
My terms are non-negotiable and exist to ensure that my work is not associated with harmful, exploitative or unethical practices and maintain a safe, respectful and professional environment both for me as the artist and the customer. By commissioning me you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by my terms of service.

Custom Designs
I will design a character after your wishes for you. You can give me a moodboard or song to take inspiration from, but it's not neccessary.
Includes one fullbody -or two if you want me to flip the lineart for assymetric designs- with color palette and all the information about the character. I will also add 1 simple accessory or an eye-closeup. We will be in touch during the whole designing process.I will make an rough design for you to agree on the concept before polishing it.I can also do designs on a base you provide. Though extras might not be available and I won't do lineart edits.

NSFW
You must provide proof of age (f.e. ID / drivers license) to order!
There are specific kinks that I will NOT draw.
These are baby fur (underage/pedophile porn), age play, scat (excrements), zoophilia (interaction between humans and animals/feral NSFW) and rape. Violence up to a certain level.
Everything else is discussable, but I will refuse topics that make me uncomfortable.
My NSFW commissions have 2 types: Pin-Up and Action/Kink.
Pin-Up is basically just nudity art of a character. It's often just erotic poses and similar things.
Action and Kink is art where explicit sexual acts take place in all kind of forms, it's more active.
If you are unsure in which category your idea falls we can always discuss that beforehand of course!
A simple background is free of charge.
Maximum of 3 small, 2 medium or 1 large toys/props are included in the price aswell.

Keep in mind that these projects will most likely take multiple months to complete.
My PMV options are divided into two categories:
1. Storyboard / Animatic
This category comes with sketchy lines, one-colored characters and very simple tweens.
Background can be added but will also be very sketchy. 1-3 characters are included, if you want me to bring in more you need to pay extra. Characters with complex hair, jewelry, horns or limbs (including wings) cost extra as well.
Every started time segment needs to be paid.

Complex shading also isn't available.
