Terms of Service

Read this please before commissioning me!
If you break any of these rules, I hold the right to cancel your order.

Please preferably contact me via DM on Instagram, Twitter or E-Mail. These are the most efficient ways to commission me:

Payment shall be made only via Paypal and is in Euro (€).
Please pay after I showed you the approved sketch.
Make sure to have the money on hand, otherwise I won't start.

When you decide to cancel the commission, you will get the following amount of money back:

Lineart started: 75%
Colors started: 50%
I won't do refunds after that!

PLEASE notice, that my style and shading technique differs, since I use both Photoshop and Procreate. Let me know if you have a preference while placing your order.
After you approved the Lineart I won't do big or many changes of the Lineart. You'll be given enough oporunities to tell me what you have in mind during this process. If you still want those extreme changes or just too many small ones, I will charge money for that.
Depending on the type of commission you ordered, I will most likely take about 1 to 3 weeks to finish it. More complex drawings like Refsheets might take up to a month and PMVs will be finished within 3 or more months. So please be patient, I'm not an artist 24/7 and I have a fulltime job, so it can appear that I need from time to time a break. If I don't finish your commission within 9 months you'll get a free drawing or refund if I haven't touched the lineart yet.
Currently I'm having severe health issues so this term above is out of use for now. There is no tough deadline unless you give me one. I will also not do extra art if a drawing takes too long.
You're always allowed to ask for WIPs, but don't overdo it please. Constant daily asking will put me under a lot of pressure and it might kill my motivation.
I will not tolerate disrespectful and hateful behavior towards me. Disrespecting me or my TOS leads to your commission being chancelled and being blacklisted, meaning you're not allowed to commission me anymore.
If I have done more than the lineart I have the right to post the drawing on my social media sites (except NSFW), even if you sell or don't like the character anymore. In case you don't want to be mentioned I will post the drawing with the title "for an anonymous customer".

There are specific kinks that I will NOT draw.
These are baby fur (underage/pedophile porn), scat (excrements), zoophilia (interaction between humans and animals) and rape. Violence up to a certain level.
Everything else is discussable, but I will refuse topics that make me uncomfortable.If you want the (SFW/NSFW) drawing to stay private (It won't be published anywhere) you'll pay a fee of 5 - 20€ depending on the kind of artwork.

I will design a character after your wishes for you. You can give me a moodboard or song to take inspiration from, but it's not neccessary.
Includes one fullbody with color palette and all the information about the character. I will also add 1 simple accessoire or an eye-closeup. We will be in touch during the whole designing process.

Artistic Freedom

You give me a character and the freedom to draw your character
how I see them or what I have in mind for them.
Of course you can give me restrictions.
These come with simple shading as default.
